Can I try HistoCraft before paying?
Absolutely. The Starter plan is free forever with up to 3 templates and basic export. You can also start a free trial of the Professional plan with no credit card required.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your account automatically moves to the Starter plan. You keep all your cases and data. Nothing is deleted. You simply lose access to premium features until you upgrade.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes, at any time. If you switch from monthly to annual, the change takes effect at your next billing date. Switching from annual to monthly takes effect at the end of your current annual period.
Do you offer discounts for academic institutions?
Yes. Contact us at contact@histocraft.com with details about your institution, and we will work out a plan that fits your budget.
Is my data safe if I cancel?
When you cancel a paid plan, you keep access until the end of the billing period, then your account moves to the Starter plan. Your data is never deleted unless you explicitly request it.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Always. You can export every case as DOCX or PDF at any time, on any plan. We do not believe in vendor lock-in. Your data is yours.
