What's included in every plan?
All plans include unlimited case generation, all export formats (DOCX, PDF, RTF), per-section copy, and keyboard shortcuts. The difference is the number of active sessions, subspecialty access, and template builder availability.
What is an active session?
An active session is a browser tab or device where you're signed in. Basic allows 1, Pro allows 2, and Ultra allows 3 simultaneous sessions. If you exceed your limit, the oldest session is automatically signed out.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You can also switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.
Do you offer discounts for academic institutions?
Yes. Contact us at [email protected] with details about your institution, and we'll work out a plan that fits your budget.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through our payment provider. Annual plans can also be paid via bank transfer.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.
